IM provides Guiding Principles and vision-casting for SkyDev’s site plan redesign.
Following a Zoom meeting with IMAGINE MEAFORD, on June 8, 2021, and the meeting with residents living in the immediate vicinity of the proposed development, hosted by SkyDev on July 2, 2021, IMAGINE MEAFORD provided SkyDev with the following Guiding Principles document to communicate a full record of our concerns. We anticipate this information will be helpful to SkyDev as they undertake to develop a new site plan, due to be presented to the public September 2021.
A revised site plan is currently underway by SkyDev. According to CARRIE LAMARCHE, Vice President of Development, SkyDev, all input from residents will be considered and alternative layouts will be presented in September 2021 for an in-person meeting at the Meaford Hall or some other venue (providing Covid permits) .
